IAR is ok. It is not the best school, nor the worst school. Definitely in the Farmington district, this is the worst school. First off, the education is awesome! Lots of talented kids in this school. This school once won second in the FLL Lego League Competitions at the world championship! In addition, the IAR A Science Bowl team made it to Nationals once! The IAR Mathcounts team has a record of making it to states a lot! I sometimes feel proud that I am part of this school! The majority of students studying at this school are not the nicest, or nice in general. They are always talking racist, talking bad language etc. These are even happening in classrooms! Majority of teachers really do not care. That is not right and those teachers clearly do not know what they are doing. Verbal bullying is something big in this school. Although, in health class we learn about bullying for a whole lesson, it does not really impact the students, meaning the students never take action when someone is getting bullied. Most of the time it is taking place in the classrooms while doing independent work, and the teachers also do not care when heard, unless it is addressed to the teacher itself. The students and teachers are to blame in this. In conclusion, academically it is good, but socially it is probably the worst school ever.

Mmm this school is ok, the teachers here may or may not be friendly, the staff members are extraordinary generous, and there are barely any bullies here. People here are mostly educated, but the problem about this school is that it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND CHALLENGING! They like to throw so much homework in our faces in a week, but on the weekends, you barely get any, which is definitely not balanced. The work they make you do in school is fair most of the times, but they go overboard every now and then. But maybe i'll pay off some day, who knows? In conclusion, this school is great, but extremely challenging.

IAR is the worst school by far in the Farmington School district. I can not believe that its rated 10 out of 10. First off the school was built in the 1950's so it is old and is not a good atmosphere for children to be in, let alone learn. The seventh grade teachers treat you like little kids. Also, the principal is a little off.

Hi, I use to go to I.A.R. it is a great school. It has great students and teachers. Mrs Flowers is a great Art teacher. I love my teachers there and I missed them so much.
