Mauro Sheridan prides on respect for one another and making learning fun! The students on the halls always are polite in passing and willing help nthe teachers are available to the student and teachers at all times. It's one big family!

There are many teachers here who are passionate about helping students learn and grow. The teachers collaborate together so new ideas are constantly being presented to the students. Innovation is key to keeping students interested. The wide variety of special programs can bring out the best in any student -Robotics, science, filmmaking, music, Daedream, Shakespeare, art, Project Pride, Maker Lab, football, tennis, etc. The programs for parents presented by the Family Resource Center are fun and very inspiring. Once parents are attending the programs, they are drawn into the school community and become part of the success of this school. Having the school-based Health Clinic is amazing - the nurses and staff are available to any student during the school day. When a child is ill the Nurse Practitioner can issue a prescription if the situation warrants it, eliminating the trip to the doctor for routine illnesses.
