18560 sw 4 st property , extremely over priced
Estancia doesn't hold prices, while everybody around is selling over 500K, Estancia has one or two good sales , then...bang!!!! sales go down to the ground...best two sales in estancia in 23 yrs are a 535K almost a year and a half ago and another one for 570K which is now again for sale at the insane price of 570K , it seems the buyers realize now they made a mistake paying 570K and now they want to get rid of it for 100k more , when two blocks from it there is the same house , exactly the same house for 570K ..by the way the square footage on the 570K is wrong , they are both the same model ( Essex) ....in between these sales , houses around the same footage of the 535k sale , sold for 440k and 455k (right after the 535k sale) Estancia doesn't hold prices.......is u look around well, that house for sale in Estancia is insanely over price and will never ever have an appraisal even close to it......
