Diplomat Middle School

Let’s start with the dress code, it used to be fine but then they changed it. Everyone has to wear collared shirts!! What about the families with low income who can’t afford a new wardrobe for their child. I also don’t find it very good that we can’t have any rips in our jeans. If the guys at the school have a problem with a girls kneecap, that’s their problem. The dress code also seems like it’s targeting women. They also don’t make it very friendly to tall people, it must be very difficult to find shorts that fit them well because they have to be so long. And then you don’t get to wear pullover hoodies. That’s just unacceptable. I strongly disagree with this dress code, and I believe it needs to change. I also think we should have longer to get to the next class, the campus is very large and only three minutes to get to a class upstairs, across the school, and at the end of a hallway!? We don’t have time for that AND the teachers who say “go to the bathroom before class” and “the bell doesn’t dismiss you, i do.” I would prefer to have longer to do that stuff. They also have really high expectations of us and grades, they expect us all to get %90 on our tests and things, but if you don’t they’ll blow up you’re parents email and basically say you’re a failure. The students who suffer from bad mental illnesses such as depression shouldn’t have to deal with this. They also give out too much homework and expect us to finish it all, including all of the late work. And for bullying, they don’t do anything about it. If you were to tell one of the teachers about the bad bullying, they wouldn’t do anything except maybe tell the bully to “stop” which doesn’t do anything.

Muy mala no creo recomendar a nadie en esa escuela hay mucho racismo de parte de los profesores y directiva generalizan mucho creyendo qué hay muchos niños ilegales y se pueden estar equivocando no colocan las calificaciones como son a los niños cuando ya termina el quarte te empienzan a bajarles las notas por gusto oh si no te hacen creer que tu hijo es inresponsable cuando los inresponsable son los teacher y directiva al no cumplir bien con su trabajo

This used to be a top rated school ...Caloosa Middle School is EXCELLENT. AWESOME principal and her leadership is outstanding. Stay AWAY from this school!
