My child went here for kindergarten last year, and while we had some communication issues with the office staff, his teacher was just absolutely amazing. She communicated with us nearly daily on our son's progress and our son was a straight A Honor Roll student all year. This year, due to a schedule issue, and us not being able to put our son in an after-school program, we switched to a charter school with a daycare next door. This charter school is supposedly an A rated school, but I see ZERO evidence of that. My son is now looking at having to repeat first grade because of the failings of this school. There's no communication and his teacher has all but come out and said she's given up on helping our son pass. We will be moving him back to LOE for next year.

This is an amazing school!! My student refused to get up for school last year at her old school. We enrolled in Loughman this year and she is the first one up every morning. Her last school did not have a librarian, and Loughman has an amazing library that she loves to visit. She is excited to go to school again and we couldn't be happier.

This school has amazing opportunities for our students!! There is a FREE after school program (which includes PE, art, music and Dance-as well as homework help), they have an award-winning ITV program, Chess team, science club, 5th grade track team and a Christmas Musical for 3rd grade!! The staff and Administration really care about the student and it shows.

I have a K and a 4th grader in this school. I was very hesitant about sending them here. We came from SWFL where there was excellent schools to choose from so I was in a little culture shock that they only offered one school choice here. I took the plunge and sent them anyway. I cant say enough good things about my daughters teacher. She is absolutely amazing!! She responds with in minuets to any and all questions that I have about my child. She cares and is a model example of what a teacher should be.
