What You'll See
There is a very young vibe in this neighborhood. Young families invested heavily during the height of construction, and have remained there since. It’s not uncommon to see clean-cut business people crowding the bars during the weeknights. However, the area brings out college students on the weekends, looking for a more low-key vibe.

Head to one of the numerous bars at the River City Marketplace and enjoy a craft cocktail. If you’re looking for a calmer environment, visit one of the local theaters with a friend, or spend it enjoying a quiet meal at one of the more eclectic restaurants on New Berlin Road.

Shopping is a popular Sunday pastime, as the mall provides numerous options for the most discriminating of customers. Head north to Amelia Island, and experience Northeast Florida’s finest in golfing. With an option of seven courses, you’re guaranteed to see some of the most spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
