Greenwood Lakes Middle School

I'm a student at greenwood in 7th grade. This school has very good academics and the teachers are really nice. They have great staff and the students are decent , there isn't really any bullying at all.The electives are really cool we have Spanish and sign language and band , tv production , step team , basketball , volleyball , track and cross country. And alot! More overall it's a really good school I would recommend it to anyone.

Sometimes the Discipline phone calls are very petty , but I Love the fact that they will keep the Parents inform on activities from your and or student ..No problems with the school on an academic level, because i feel they give the students a fair amount of opportunity to excell academically, but they have to work on their discipline department they are not conducting it properly. I will not pull my 2 kids out for a glitch such as this because i realize working with children that aren't your own is Training aevery day :) no worries.. It's A pretty good school .

The academic quality has declined at this school in recent years. The location is good, and there are some good teachers, but overall a disappointment. I'll be looking elsewhere for my youngest child.
