It is am awful school and the only thing that keeps this school a C is the Academy

This is one of the worst school in polk county. With the zero tolerance for bullying they allow it to go on daily. I understand that the school can not control how children are raised. But I don't understand how they can allow it to happen in their school every single day and do nothing. There are ways to control it.
