Biscayne Gardens Elementary School

terrible. no activities for the kids/ my kids are very smart and hates going to school. they never go on field trips never have field days they dont do noyhing to interest the kids in coming to school. i really dont like this school and hate that s in the only elementary school in my area. they dont even have a active PTA and trust i tried to join and was told something Bogus about a meeting with the school board that never happenned. they dont even have a website, cause theres nothing interesting going on at the school. this school made my boys hate learning

No worst school My child have ever attended. I moved her out because it didn't feel safe to be there.

I have been a parent at this school for 3 years. There are some teachers that do not have the kids best interest at heart. They do not have the patience or care for students that are nor performing at the top level. Its as though students with learning issues are pushed to the side and are not given the help they need and deserve to succeed. I've heard with my own two ears two teachers say that the kids at this school are failures and are not motivated and it would be in my best interest to move my child to another school and with that being said I am taking heed to their advice but I also feel for the children that are left behind that have to deal with these narrow -minded people who they are left in the care of for 8 hours a day. There is no mentorship, only if you are performing above average. What happened to the no kids left behind initiative? I would not recommend this school to any parent but especially a parent with a child that struggles.

At first i was a little skeptical because as my daughter's first year in kindergarten, and she did not have set teacher. Being that her teacher was still away the first 3 weeks of school, i thought to myself "uh oh". But when her teacher arrived right away i noticed my daughter felt more at ease. Her first year at Biscayne Garden Elem was amazing!!!! She learned so much! I am so excited to have her attend the school this year again as she will be joining the gifted program. Can't wait to see how much more knowledge she will gain!
