I love being a student at Lely. Everyone has their own experiences with high school, some of which are understandably not as great. But I personally really enjoy going to Lely and I know many other people who do as well. I’ve met amazing teachers and friends that I’m very grateful for and I’m glad I chose to go to Lely.

As of right now I am a sophomore at this school, and it is a living hell. They don't respect the students, and they don't teach us anything. I have a teacher who can't pronounce words, a teacher that treats us like kindergarteners, and teachers that give mindless worksheets and mindnumbingly awful lectures. This school doesn't respect that students are individuals that need to relax, seeing as how this year they shortened the lunch schedule, and on top of that instead of not counting the five minute intervals in between classes as such like they would for any other class, they make it look like we have more lunch by saying the five minute intervals are "lunch" when they're not. This may seem unimportant to you, but to me it's just another way thst shows how little us students really mean to the school. The staff is very rude, the guidance counselors are very pushy and lazy, as I've heard awful stories about them and have experienced their rudeness firsthand. There is an overwhelming amount of sexual harrassment in this school, as boys would always harrass one of my friends with no boundaries because she had more curves than most girls. Overall, this school is awful and you should steer clear if possible.

Transfered my daughter from the Seattle area to here when we got new jobs. Getting her registered was a night mare. The staff, one woman in particular makes it very difficult to want your child to attend there. She was rude and disrespectful not only to myself, my daughter and students coming in with questions. She was not helpful at all when it came to transportation for my daughter. And as if today there was a teacher in an Algebra class that called all if the students stupid. As soon as I can we will transfer to a better school with better ratings
