Horrible. Will not listen to reason and enjoy belittling students.

My son is in the special needs class , His teacher mrs Hurt has done some amazing work for him and the rest of the students, my son has a very hard time with money and change , Heritage high school and the staff , exp Mrs hurt have done amazing with these children, she started a coffee shop on Friday mornings before school for teachers and parents to order coffee and much more , my son and another child , take the coffee and other stuff to teachers who order and my son has to collect and count the money. Last year he received a check from heritage high for 500$ , I called mts Hurt and she said that was the profit and my son and another child split it , I can honestly say when a school hires loving teachers who love and care about our children I say heritage high school is probably the best in the area , not to mention how wonderful the academics and so much more , my son has been made fun of most his life , but every school he has gone to in the Palm Bay Area has stepped up to the plate and take care of the children, I have to say that we have been blessed with some of the best special needs teachers in this county, I've been so lucky with the teacher and the love they have for their job , so I give heritage high a A top school not to mention how clean it is and how the hole staff with together;)

Very engaged teachers and staff. Giving your child every opportunity to excel. The students are held to high standards. I absolutely love Heritage High school.

This school deserves only a fraction of the one-star rating I gave it. If I was raising a robot, then maybe, I'd give Heritage High a higher rating. The school is more interested in teaching kids to follow their myriad of rules and the same rules and consequences don't apply to all students. Administrators and staff don't enforce the rules fairly or consistently which is very confusing and unjust for the students. This school is NOT for free thinkers. Kids that question things are punished. Is that really progressive? Is that really preparing your kids for good jobs?
