Fantastic experience with Ms. Williams as kindergarten teacher, I know there are others. Less enthusiasm regarding our experience with the administrative staff. The front office person is just about useless and EXTREMELY slow to any request. Seems like she simply doesn't care and has zero personality or courtesy.

My child was informed she was failing in October & basically set her up for the whole school year to not even try. Then i was informed child would receive specialized testing to check for learning issues or possibly needing a more advanced class THESE TEST NEVER HAPPENED! I did my best at home to help but this school truly has let my child fall threw the cracks. Weather a teacher issue or the schools governing body, my child should have gotten the help she needed. School has had 3 principles in last 4 years we've been here & just seems school ethics have stopped caring. This saddens me as we leave & hope to find better a school but I have to do what's best for my child

Everyone (staff) at school work very hard, but if we as parents get more involved, everything would be even better!

I am giving my school 4 stars because the teachers are simply amazing! My children are safe and happy. Big thank you to Ms. VanHoose, Mrs. Sicard, Mr. Maringola, Mrs. Martin, Ms. Dobrin, Ms. Delfavero, Ms. Ruggieri, Mrs. Lysengen, and Mrs. Carrier! These teachers are great which is why we have stayed, but the office staff are completely incompetent. The 5th star would be there if it weren't for the current principal and her front office staff. This principal is fake and when you listen to her speak at assemblies it seems like she doesn't want to be there. The children don't seem to respect her, and when I asked my girls they say it's because "all the kids know they can do whatever they want!" Norcrest has had many principal changes in the last 10 years- hopefully this one goes soon too. The quality of lunch this year is deplorable. I hope the grant of over $2 million will change the quality of the school or we will switch to private school, even if it means a bank loan.
