THE BEST SCHOOL IN THE COUNTY! HANDS DOWN. Those complaining about the workload should consider what is takes to succeed in college. An average 40% of incoming freshman drop out of college within their first year. Many, if not most, are simply not ready. If your child is not willing or able to put in the work, they should find another school. No one should expect/request the lowering of expectations when those students willing to put in the work benefit from attending the #1 High School in the tri-county area. Good luck in college to those not willing/able to put in the work in high school. Both of our children are bless to have the amazing school and amazing staff at OFHS. One of our children ranked 3rd out of over 400 in her class and the other ranked 6th in his class of over 400. HARD WORK and commitment to their future! We are blessed to have OFHS! Know this though. The school is not for those not committed to excellence!

This school is not a "A" school. The weakest link is the principle, never returns messages. Being a fundamental school means parents and teachers must have a closer relationship, not at this school. Many teachers lose and grade tests and homework incorrectly allot! Some of the teachers are good and some are really bad. It is a nice school and safe but the kids are there to learn and when a incompetent teacher says you didn't hand in an assignment because they lost it, what do you do? What do you do when the teacher is bad and you know your child did well but the teacher doesn't return the test? Most of the teachers don't even respect Bohnet. If your child is a good student and may struggle with a bad teacher, don't send your kid here. The rating is fake, they push everyone hard for a good rating.
I only go to school because of band and orchastra, some of the teachers are plain rude, but i met one of my now really good friends...
