Wilton Manors Elementary School

I would give it 10, my daughter went from below grade level to above grade level and her teacher, librarian, principal and counselor were excellent. The lady’s at the front desk were a huge issue, they were rude to me and my daughter and I saw it with other students as well. Other than that we are very happy with WMES

This WAS a great school. Now under new leadership for the last five years politics seem to rule. In regards to if your child will be able to have a quality teacher. The office staff displays an air of superiority which is very unwelcoming. The principal as well. Not at all in a respectable, professional manner that would foster an academic environment of excellence . The testing scores over the last five years support this view.

Ib program is tops! I love the progressive curriculum and wonderful teachers. Both of my sons have gone from K to 5th grade. Sorry that my youngest son is in 5th grade! Will miss our WMES family.

My daughter is in 5th grade this year. I felt she got the best elementary education that she could have received from anywhere else. The teachers are very supportive, available / accessible and taught her a lot. The administration is strong and understanding. The PTA does a lot for the school. We had a couple incidents with other kids and my daughter, normal issues that needed attention. The administration handled everything very well. I would HIGHLY recommend this school.
