Great experience and since the school is implementing Continuous Improvement it should get even better. Face to face or Individual Remote Learning option is offered during the Covid-19 pandemic which is a huge relief at this time. School has done a great job at communicating with parents using phone, email, and online apps.

We've been with CWE for more than 6 years now and I keep witnessing a constant improvements. They implemented a personalized learning and I felt on one of my lids how great it is. They have iPads in every class and personal surfaces starting from 4th grade. However, kiddos do not spend plenty of time on the electronics. The other way around, actually, kids learn how to do their research and ask the right questions. They have more and more classes with flexible seats (teacher's choice) - which is awesome! Great leadership, communication events. My kiddo doesn't want to miss a day, she just loves to be there!

This is our 4th year at Cogburn Woods; we've seen so many improvements in the leadership and communication. Teachers are pushed and encouraged to grow their professional skills; new teaching techniques are encouraged and promoted; each grade level operates as a team to encourage consistency throughout classrooms. The PTO is engaged and friendly. Our personal concerns are addressed as needed in the classroom and through administration, within the parameters allowed through Fulton County.

Dreadful. We purchased a house in this school district because it was a highly rated school. The current principal was un-supportive and in-caring. On a nationally normed test he fell from the 90th percentile to 65th percentile in fewer than four months. If you want your child to go backwards, THIS is the place to be.
