Montgomery Elementary School

Excellent. There is some improvement needed from administration communication but the teachers and staff really care and love the kids. My child is excelling at this school.

Love Montgomery Elementary and the exceptional staff!

I love this school. I love the community. My neighbors love it here. My child has learned SO MUCH! I love the teachers. The main drawback is that they need to rework their PTA selection process and get rid of all the parents that just LOOK for flaws. The past 3 years the PTA has gotten more and more negative and gossipy. Too many try to bully the administration and teachers. If they do not get their "chosen" teacher or their child does not make straight A's, they gripe all year long. Unfortunately, this small clique broadcasts their complaints, which effects the peace and harmony within the school environment just because they do not get their way. There is a HUGE turnover in teachers this year "escaping" the negativity. Hopefully, the PTA gives the new faces a chance.

Mediocre at best. The community is fantastic. The administration is slowly ruining our school. We moved to the Montgomery district because of its reputation. If I were moving today I would NOT move here. I can’t recommend this school to anyone. I would suggest going to a Dunwoody Elementary school or Ashford Park
