Harris Elementary School

I have had two sons go k - 5 and my daughter just finished 3rd grade there. This school is absolutely wonderful! The staff are passionate about their students, the community is involved, and the administration have kids best interests at heart. Highly recommended.

My kids have been students at BB Harris for two years. I love the small neighborhood environment. All of their teachers are passionate about teaching and learning. A great school!

Love the teachers and receptionist. My son loves this school too! It's a nice small school with a lot of diversity.

I agree with the majority of reviews regarding the principal. She was very rude during the only interaction I've had with her. Further, she took the opportunity to say that I was disrespectful, even though she was in the wrong. Since then, I've spoken with many parents of current and former students who all agreed that she is simply a rude and disrespectful person who only cares about how the school looks on paper. With all that said, the teachers are wonderful, and my child seems very happy overall. I do wish the school offered more after school programs like other counties. I am surprised that there seem to be none for kids younger than second grade, at least according to the website.
