Mount Zion Elementary School

Terrible! No improvement, no care for the students at all.. highly disappointed & VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF

The primary school is a horrible place we moved here mid year my daughter was in first grade and her teacher did not give an ounce about helping my daughter getting situated in this school and it went downhill from there! I contacted the teacher, principal and guidance counsellor, none of those three helped me figure out what was going on. I contacted the superintendent of the schools and got a phone call immediately saying how it would be handled immediately. It wasn't so I pulled my daughter out of that horrible school. I would never tell anyone to let their kid attend that school!

I lived in Clayton co. for 16+ years, I dealt with this school since 1999- now, with all my children attended. I've seen alot of growth and changes. Since my oldest attended which shes now 24 and now my youngest in the fourth grade. This school had never let me down, they are so helpful and really stay focus on each and every child's needs. Even though clayton co. School system had its downfall back in 2008, I very now grateful to see how it's picking back up, I glad I never gave up on this school, I highly recommend this school. Great teachers, staff, love everything about it. Thanks for helping my children become successful.

I am going to 6th grade this year and I will say that I will miss this school terribly even though I hated some teachers.If you are going to send your child to this school,be prepared to hear some complaints.Though this school isn't all bad.In this school,they have caring teachers that make education fun.I recommend this school.
