Do not respect kids with special needs
This is the best school in the county even if it doesn’t have the best test scores because it gives you a place to call home and it’s diversity allows for a better understanding of the real world.
I would give this school a 5 out of 10. Not bad but not good.
We've had one child graduate from SHS, one child currently a sophomore. Both, who are different types of learners, have had a wonderful experience. They have also enjoyed the wide variety of electives available at SHS as well as community service, fine arts, athletic opportunities. They have loved the diversity of SHS and enjoy the interaction amongst different types of students.
