My son was transferred into this school after he was bullied at his other elementary school. The Principal and teachers talked to him, while I was there, and assured him that he would be safe at their school. I was so impressed with the level of compassion that I saw the Principal show the students. All of the students seemed to look at her with so much adoration. It was clear that the students adored her as much as she did them. Along with the Principal, all of the teachers that we encountered went above and beyond to provide a loving and supportive environment for all of their students.

So this is our 2nd year here and it still has not been a good experience. They do not listen. The assistant principle does EVERYTHING at this school and she shouldn't. The principle walks around being way over peppy about everything, but that is about as far as her job goes. The Assistant principle is rude and favors some kids over the others. My son has special needs and he is treated poorly daily. I went to the principle about my 4th grader being bullied. Spoke with the kid that was doing the bullying her homeroom teacher and nothing happens. And I mean nothing. My child got stuck in what they call STOP. Which is a room that they have to stay in all day long. Their lunch is even brought to them. I wasn't even notify when he had been in trouble prior. Just the day before he was put into STOP. Trying to explain to them things does no good. They will NOT listen period. My kid tells someone that he is being bullied and they tell him to stop tattle telling. It is ridiculous.
