My child always returns home happy and loves the way the teachers strive to make the day both educational and fun! A HUGE part of that is their principal, Mr. Clarke! He is wonderful and never stops working!

The new Principal is Incompetent!! ALL the children have assigned seating during their lunch. Your child will NOT be allowed to sit next to their friend. Forget about a happy snack time. They all have what the Principal calls Working snack . Then my second grader tells me her only recess is at 2 pm, just before they leave. Five and a half hours without a break. Consider this quality of life: 20 minute, assigned seating, QUIET lunch, working snacks and no recess until the end of the day. Plus if your child misses a day of school they WILL be doing their make-up work during their only recess when they get back. "Recess Club". I thought there were child labor laws preventing all of this? My daughter told me that her teacher spends most of her time texting on her phone. This is the most unfriendly school I have been to. Parent participation in the classroom is discouraged. When asked if I could participate in a special activity in my Daughter s class I was told NO, no parents are allowed.
