North Gwinnett Middle School

My child said she never wants to go back to school because her teachers made her feel bad about her grades. She is a top-scoring student. If they are this hard on kids, I wouldn't want her to go back either.

This is our 3rd year in NGMS. With a second child now on 6th grade. The teachers and staff are very professional and dedicated. No complaints.

My daughter is in 6th grade and she previously attend Riverside Elementary and had the most wonderful experience with teachers, principle and other students. My daughter is black and since she has been a NGMS she has been reminded that she is black and called the "N" word more times than her dad and I would like by other students. What is wrong with these students?? The facility and staff do not seem to care. I guess its my daughter's word against some racist kid. I am truly appalled and horrified because we have lived in the area for 16 years and this type of thing has never occurred. NGMS and parents please get it together and take some action on this ridiculousness.

This school is large...but the administration and most of the teachers are amazing. The requirements are high and the students have many excellent opportunities at NGMS.
