Horrible, this place is horrible at handling bullying. Staff is so mean to the kids. They shorten their lunches to 10 minutes if the kids talk. Also, the lunches are just popped in the little microwave and served to the kids. The school's teacher don't explain anything and give homework for no reason. Overall, this place is horrible. Don't send your kids go to this school.

This school is absolutely horrible. There are a few truly great teachers, but sadly there are a painfully higher amount of teachers that do not give the students nor the parents the time of day, they do not help a student if they are in need of being taught at a slower pace or if they did not fully understand the topic, they do not even try to help students if they had been absent due to any reason, the staff there is rude and unprofessional, and the lunches are of an extreme poor quality. If you do not want your child to be eating microwaved food that, at sometimes, is not even fully cooked, or even cooked at all, then I advise you to pack your child's lunch.

We have an autistic son who started here during middle school. We were worried about their resources since it's such a small school but we were pleasantly surprised. They've taken such good care of his academic as well as emotional and social care. The community is incredible and welcoming. Great place to live and go to school.

I am an eighth grade student at Emmons School, and I started here in second grade. Honestly, I love the school. Everything about it. As student, I have the opportunity to socialize with other grades, all k-8. The little kids there are absolutely adorable and they hug me every time they see me. All of the grades' kids are amazing, and I would say the same for the teachers. They're all really nice and they're helpful, just as a teacher should be. I love everything about this school. I'm sad to leave at the end of the year because I love the people here and I like going to school here. Oh well. But I am very happy and honored to be graduating from Emmons School. Class of '14!
