The school has some very good teacher, but the problem is the people on the front desk and the principal they all are rude disrespectful people that makes wonder how people like this can be working with kids, that in reality this what they teach them.

I moved here 3yrs. ago and with my experience as a volunteer and a mother I think this is a good school. I was worried about changing my kids from district 211 to this school because I had heard stories about these schools not being good. I thought my kids were going to be dumbed down but no it was the other way around I feel like they were more advanced here in math and reading. There are alot of spanish speaking teachers as that's the main lauguage that the parents speak but that shouldn't affect your kid if english is the main lauguage spoken in your house it hasn't affected my kids. The teachers are friendly and do what they can with what they have since some of the parents tend to not send all the school supplies and as a volunteer I see that there are alot of parents that don't help there kids at home and they expect there kids to have excellent grades that's impossible it needs to work both ways because like any school if you don't help your kids at home the teachers can only do so much as a parent you are your child's first teacher. So over all in my experience I think this is a good school.

The teachers are friendly and do their best, but the principal is horrible and the staff clearly can't stand her. The teachers receive little to no support feom the school administration. There is little to no english spoken in the school, and the english proficiency of the students is non-existent. No wonder why it has very poor standarized test scores! If your student speaks english keep them away from this school.
