The school has no real leadership. The principal has provided no value and has said that she isn't going anywhere with a very smug attitude. There needs to be a change in leadership to revitalize this school. The principal doesn't care and it shows with the teachers that are there. The communication with this school is horrible but whenever there is "Fun Friday" where they are collecting money to be out of uniform or to entice our kids with fried chicken, french fries and a soda, you hear all about it. there are times I have to pick my kid up to find out that NWEA testing is coming up from the marquee. Bad leadership, bad communication and bad attitudes. How are the kids expected to succeed in such an environment?

I believe the school will be better if the school had a strong leadership.

This is 2016 no one has commented in the last 3 years and my children have been there I agree with some of the other reviews we do need to start at home with our children but the teachers have a responsibility as well some good some not so good telling the children they not going to be nothing and talking down to them don't help the principle now is a joke no compassion incidents happens and they don't report her or the incidents to the school board I pray this is the last year for mines.

Another year is upon us and my children still attend this school. My children love their new teachers and they still love Caldwell. Over the course of the last few years this school has been on the rise and I appreciate that a neighborhood school could provide my children with a very well deserved great education. Kudos Caldwell.
