There are smart people and good teachers, many talented people I really love the great schools :)

I'm a 4th year teacher at Senn and have found my experience working here outstanding. First and foremost, the faculty has inspired me to learn and grow in ways that I didn't as a suburban teacher. We often discuss innovative ways to reach the students, and all my colleagues are student-centered--doing what they do every day to reach the students that would otherwise be marginalized. For the most part, my students arrive to class on time, ready to learn. As compared to my work in the suburbs, the students don't come with a sense of entitlement; they are grateful for the above-and-beyond effort that the faculty puts forth. I have a group of students that stick around after school that work with me on various projects, and most teachers do the same. I've had great experiences overall in my many years as a teacher, but Senn is the first school that has felt like a community with everyone playing his/her part to make the experience great across the board. The administration has been receptive to my ideas of developing new programs and curricula, always working with me rather than simply telling me what to do. This attitude has allowed the school community to flourish through mutual respect. They treat the students fairly, working toward the root of the problem that might cause unwanted behavior rather than simply being punitive. Best of all, Senn gets better and better every year. Trajectory is crucial because everyone here has a lot of fire in their bellies, working to do better than we did the year before. I'd highly recommend visiting Senn to see it for yourself on one of our shadow days or really any time.

The school teachers, facilities and the way of teaching are great. Especially teachers are more concentrating on students path of studying.

For starters, Senn High School has a aesthetic campus located in a safe, friendly neighborhood. A couple years ago, Senn was ranked among worst CPS Schools, but because of the new principal, Senn is now ranked among top CPS Schools. This new principal turned the school around and because of that Senn has improved alot over the years. At Senn, you have students from all different ethnic backgrounds, which is really nice, and two great programs: The International Baccalareaute (IB) Program and a Fine and Performing Arts Magnet Program. If you're in International Baccalaureate (IB), you can expect sleepless nights, overwhelming workload, and preparedness for college. Being in IB means you need to be committed to the program because it's ALOT of work. Senn Arts is a Fine and Performing Arts Magnet Program, and it's less intense and rigorous than IB. So if you want to take a easier route, I would recommend Senn Arts. But if you want to challenge yourself, then I would suggest the International Baccalaureate Program. This school is truly amazing, and it should not be judged by its old reputation. It's getting better and better over the years, and I have no doubt that it will be as good as Jones or other high ranked CPS Schools.
