Today my daughter came home from school (Passow elementary) she stated that she didn't eat lunch today. Not only her, but also 18 other students didn't have lunch. They ate a piece of bread. Why I ask? Because they ran out of food. The teachers don't seem to communicate with the parents when our children are behind or need extra help nor Ms. Martin had the common courtesy to call the parents of the fellow students that didn't eat to bring their kids lunch. How are the kids suppose to have a proper learning environment if I they don't eat? It ruins their ability to learn if they're brain are telling them their starving. I can't wait to move to get my daughter out of that school.
