We really like the teachers at this school. They're a dedicated staff that works hard to make learning fun. I love that they have gym every day as well as a rotation of art, music, library, and technology. They also teach coding starting in kindergartners. All in all we've been very happy with the education our daughter has gotten at this school.

The two teachers for my boys do care for students a lot and understand their needs. Speech/behavioral therapists and other staff are very caring as well. For us, the school bus driver lady is very nice, as well. I am very thankful to them for going extra care.My boys get a lot of homework. During last winter (2017), the school closed for one day due to extreme weather condition. My boys had a lot of assignments for the day and submit the work via iPads provided by school.P.E. everyday helps my boys a lot to use their energy. They get iPads and there are extra activities (dance night etc) that invite parents around 6PM or so. Overall I believe the leadership at the school is very effective. For those who have difficulties following directions, they are given daily score in respect, safety, responsibility, etc. My boys never bullied others or were bullied by others, and in my opinion bullying is not a problem. But energetic boys in Pre-K might face some hard time/learning curve, following directions.

The principal is very uncaring and has no compassion towards students and families who are struggling. If you reach out to for help, she will get defensive and rebut everything greatly missing the point or question at hand. You walk away feeling degraded and belittled.

I had to withdrawal my son from this school. It was terrible. My son was being bullied and I had meeting with the principal and Vice Principal but NOTHING was ever done. I witnessed a student push another student down to the ground on purpose in front of a teacher and she did NOTHING. On another occasion I witnessed a student throw a tantrum because he wasnt getting his way only to watch the teacher reward the bad behavoir. There were MANY other things I witnessed with my own eyes that were very disturbing. I came to the conclusion that the staff at Spaulding reward Bad Behavior and do NOT take bullying serious enough. This school NEEDs to work on Bullying in the school and on the Bus along with not rewarding Bad Behavior
