Big Hollow Elementary School

We absolutely love Big Hollow! This is my 6th year as a BH parent, and every year my kids have had amazing teachers who truly care about them. The teachers and staff are like family, and the community itself is just so friendly and welcoming. The teachers and admins emphasize character education. The superintendent is very involved, you see him at most events. It’s a wonderful school!

My son is happy here and doing well. The curriculum is challenging, and he is learning a great deal. His teachers have been wonderful and obviously care about their classes.

My kids love this school and we love the families that make up this community. More than anything, I want my kids to gain a life-long LOVE for learning - and they have it now. Before we moved our kids to Big Hollow - they were both starting to hate school. BH's appoach to learning has been fresh, creative and fun for my kids - who come home every night able to actually tell me what they learned that day! We are happy here....

I've been happy with the school so far. The teachers my child has had have been very kind, and involved. My daughter is learning, and comes home with a smile on her face every day. I am thrilled that PE is offered everyday, along with another special, such as art, music, or computers.
