I have found during my kids years at this school from top to bottom the faculty cares about the students education and well being.

I have NO IDEA HOW this school can be rated a 5!!! The test scores - which are OLD - are a 7! Then this school should be rated at least a 7!!! My daughter has been reading since she was 18 months. She was in an accelerated program in CA for K-1. She is now in 1st grade at Cotton Creek and her writing which was very SUB pare is now EXCELLENT. Her math skills are outstanding because of the program here. The teachers are exemplary. The office staff & principal WAY above average. What is WRONG with YOUR grading system, "great schools . org"? Something very wrong here. VERY WRONG & INCORRECT. Very disgusted with this whole process.....

The teachers at CCS are amazing. I have two students who attend and both girls are thriving. The teachers tailor the curriculum to the individual needs of the child, not the child to the curriculum. In my children's classrooms, I help out each week in the classrooms and get to see first hand the exceptional work that is being done. Multiple levels of education are ongoing (at least 5 different levels, in some, as many as 18!); some lessons are ramped down as needed, and, most importantly for me, the level of difficulty is increased and advanced material is made available for my child who would get bored with the standard objectives for her grade. Communication home could be improved, especially for those families that are new, but if asked, an answer is always provided. PTO fundraising goes mostly to increasing technology in the classroom. The community supports it schools. We love Cotton Creek & D118.
