Our children are having a great experience at RTMS. Principal Keir Rogers, the administration, and the faculty members are all passionate about providing the best possible education for our kids. I particularly love the emphasis on the values of hard work, integrity, and caring for others in our community.

River Trails is a huge compliment to my 7th graders life! Her classes are challenging and interesting . Her teachers are very helpful and willing! We transferred from the nearest private parochial school and are very, very pleased with the overall upgrade with regards to everything!! Sports, music, dances, cleanliness, activities, lass sizes, teacher quality and the principal, Kier Rogers, is unbelievably gifted at school administration!! Mr. Rogers is right there with the kids always! He knows his school, teachers and students well! The students appreciate their school, teachers and principal! I am relieved and very happy!!! My daughter is getting awesome grades in advanced studies and just made the basketball team! Her choir concert is tonight at school!! All is well! Her school life is very pleasant and healthy!

the principle here is great..there is not bullying or disrespect allowed toward teachers, students or anyone else..i have seen a tremendous improvement in the past 4-5yrs in the schools atmosphere.prior to that there were racial issues and discipline problems.i have a child who attended there 5yrs ago and a child there now. and i can truly say the quality of teaching and school atmosphere feels better and safer. there is nothing worse than being intimidated by a fake gang banger, who weighs all of 70lbs, and could never survive in a city school with the real gangs. that was the situation a few years ago. it was obvious the inmates were running this place 4-5 yrs ago..that certainly isnt the case now..Mr Rogers has taken control and i only wish he could of been around sooner and then maybe my other child wouldnt of hated river trails so much and actually feared attending. .

The principal's main goal is to keeep this school not problematic. the best students of this school is those who have no question and no complaint. Anyone who asks why is regared as backtalkative. This school is killing students' creativity.
