This has been a great experience. I enjoy the monthly activities, a chance to talk with other parents. Parents has a voice in the school and there is a fantastic PTO.

The staff at this school is no help to students who are in need of any kind of help. They have a serious issue with bullying as well, and their academics are not up to par with other schools. Mu child has fallen behind a great deal and no longer enjoys going to school.

The staff, students, and community at Hermansen Elementary are outstanding. What a wonderful neighborhood elementary school!

I love this school my son is special needs and was transferred from another school which was just a block away from home so I was upset at first but now I'm so glad they did there is so much more interest from the teachers to find out what works for him they go above and beyond to accommodate him I didn't have to go to them to offer information they came to me since the beginning to speak to therapist,previous teachers etc. which was quite the opposite from his previous school so I totally recommend this school to anyone especially our special needs kids who need that extra attention and effort.
