Olympia High School

This place is not what it used to be. It has changed over the years and it for the better. The school prides sports and does not look at the education part of the school any longer. Kids are shoved with state tests constantly. The new grading system babies the kids and is just a way to make the parents not understand what their kid is learning. The kids aren’t really learning anymore. Olympia is not what it was 25 Years ago. If you want your kid to become part of the dropout statistic from Spartland (Heartland), then send them here!

I am student here and enjoy it

I am a former student here and this school is terrible. I constantly get bullied and the school doesn't do anything about they sweep it under the rug and pretend it didn't happen. My had to threaten to press charges in order for the school to do something. The teachers are mean and very unreasonable. This school is the worst school in the entire world. Doooooo not send your kids here.

Olympia High School is unique - it involves ALL students of every genre of life. You can be involved in music and sports, agriculture and student government, art and advanced curriculum. I am proud to be an Olympia graduate and always felt welcome no matter who my parents were, what I was or was not involved in, or my ethnic background. The teachers were kind, caring, and respectful. I would have preferred more diversity as a student, however, I feel that the school tried to incorporate as many opportunities as possible to make everyone feel welcome.
