Wheeling High School

Prepare the students for those that want to attend college and also for those that want to pursue a vocation. Many students graduate with jobs wainting in the health fields including CNAs

My son and daughter both graduated here. They had a fantastic education. My son graduated from Columbia and daughter from De Paul. My daughter is currently finishing her masters program at the University of Colorado. Wheeling has the best fine arts program in the state. We found all the personal involvement from the staff made Wheeling the best kept secret in the northwest suburbs. I would highly recommend Wheeling over Hersey, Buffalo Grove or Stevenson. Wheeling is a smaller school and gives the students a more personal experience.

This school is so great. I don't understand why others think Wheeling is an inferior school. We have good classes, happy students, and great teacher and staff. I'm proud to be a wildcat and I think people really need to give Wheeling a chance. This is by far the best school in district 214. When I was at BG I didn't feel as respected and cared for as I did for Wheeling.

Strong fine arts program. Excellent teachers and fine arts opportunities. Students have excellent role models.
