Excellent! My two children thrived at Skokie School

My child Is having a wonderful year as a 5th grader at Skokie School. Academically challenging enough with the right amount of homework for this age. We are very pleased with the progress our child has made both academically and socially. The teacher is outstanding. The Skokie school is in a neighborhood where most children can walk or ride bikes to school.

Our school is a great learning enviroment for pre teens with phenomenal teachers. However some teaching strategies are not as effective as they could be. But over all this is a great school. By 3 consumers

Skokie School is a hot mess when it comes to handling the social-emotional dynamics of pre teens. Academically the school is on top of things, but psychosocial needs of the average 5th-6th grader are met with apathy and platitudes. You don't go to Skokie...you get through Skokie. Hold on until the wonderful Washburne years. Dr. Rosen and her team have it figured out.
