The homes you have listed here are not all in the Knolls at the Neuse housing plan. Some of these homes belong to a different plan that happens to piggyback off of our plan. They are completely different.
The KATN is a very nice place to live. The people are great and the location is central. We've been here a little over a year and love it. I feel bad for the piggyback plan, because their HOA fees are 4 times higher than ours.
