My daughter went there for first grade. We're a military family and I've had kids in school on multiple continents and I can say that Church Creek has the most unpleasant students and disinterested parents of any school my kids have ever attended. The majority of students in her class acted like they had no upbringing whatsoever and didn't have even the most basic grasp of good manners or how to conduct themselves in any group setting. Any time my daughter mentioned something our family had done over a weekend or holiday one student in particular would scream "Liar" at her until her hair and shirt were literally damp from his spit. I reported this time and time again and all the teacher and administration had to say was that the student "has issues". No kidding. I asked to meet with the parents and the parents refused. This was just one situation out of many. After this horrible experience I homeschooled my daughter until we moved. Joining the PTA was a joke-it's nothing but a couple of cliques and the mothers involved don't have enough manners to even greet a newcomer. Avoid this school like the plague!

The first 4 years, good. The last 2 years, awful.

I do not like this school I'm there often and every time I am there administrators are constantly being called to handle a out of control kid, my son has came home and told me very mind blowing things that go on that I have had to call the school about. Kids are somehow looking up rap videos and boobs during their free time in 3rd grade..... this is outrageous to me and I have personally seen myself how there is NO control here over these kids, come have lunch with your child here and observe the disturbing situations you will see. Mrs. Provonchi was AMAZING she was kindergarten and after that I can say I have seen nothing that makes me say I'm proud my child goes there. Cant wait to move out of this district.

As a military family we highly rely on reviews from other families for the schools we choose to enroll our children in. We research the school zones prior to even looking for homes to make sure we get our kids in a good school. I believe the prior reviews of this school are very misleading. We moved across the country to this school zone and within two weeks we wanted to move again. My daughter has always loved school and learning but within days of being at this school she began asking when we were moving again so she could go to another school. As a mother it broke my heart. I reached out to her teacher to try to get a better idea of what her day was like and was told there were going to be parent teacher conferences at the end of the month. Well the end of the month came and went with no conferences. There is terrible communication between parents and the school. Our daughter's class didn't even get recess half the time because other children couldn't behave, therefore the whole class couldn't go out. The level of challenging work at this school was nonexistence and because my daughter didn't cause problems she received no attention or guidance. She was bored out of her mind. Needless to say we broke our lease, with permission, and moved into a much better school zone! Be cautious with this school!
