Walter Johnson High School

The best choice for my child. In all 4 years, we’ve never experienced anything negative. So many clubs to choose from to help students get involved in their school. Lots of AP and Honors level classes to prepare students for college level work.

Recently moved here from Colorado and the school is terrible in comparison to my previous school. The sense of community and integrity is almost nonexistent, and the learning is as if you are forced to memorize information rather than understand. I made deep connections with some teachers, but this school really ain't it

Excellent, we moved to the area when my son was in 7th grade, and he was welcomed by the other kids, and made friends easily. He is now in 10th grade, and has had success both acedimcally and socially. We are very happy with the school and feel it is a notch above any other public schools our children have attended in the past.

It has been a pleasant experience. The teachers and counseling staff took the time to figure out a plan for my son even though the end result I did not agree with. My sons friends are nice. I love the different academic programs they offer freshman to succeed in High School.
