Millersville Elementary School

There is hardly any diversity in the staff. It is predominantly white women. There’s only one black teacher (Female) in the school, and one male (white) who is the gym teacher. The principal, although nice, is not very receptive to feedback regarding her staff. I addressed my concerns about my kid’s teacher and her lack of communication and ability to educate. The principal basically sided with the teacher as if my concerns were not valid - even though it’s her responsibility to hire competent staff. If nothing improves this year I’ll be contacting the school board.

We love Millersville! My daughter has had a wonderful kindergarten and 1st grade experience!

Excellent. The staff have been fantastic !!!!

#1 school in the area and I am glad our kids go here. We also love participating in the other school activities.
