I am a new teacher at New Town, but not new to Teaching!! Looking forward a a great school year

I have been a teacher at New Town for about 6 years. The leadership in the school over the past few years has caused the school to go downhill fast. The students are VERY disrespectful towards everyone (staff and student body alike). This comes from them not respecting the principal at all. They walk all over him and he does not know how to handle them. The teaching staff is amazing for the most part, but I am looking forward to moving schools in the near future.
