Very good experience here. My daughter has had an amazing learning experience here and has matured and learned coping skills. I found the Administration to be very helpful and honest. Would recommend this school. We are an African American family and while the diversity is somewhat limited (with white being 63% of the population) it was/is a great learning environment for all. No school is perfect, but if you are looking for great academics and teachers who care, this is a good place for your teen. If your child is an engaged and does their work, they will excel here. The teachers are not miracle workers; you have to do your part...but if your child puts in the effort to excel, they definitely will here. And, if you as a parent are on top of things and recognize an issue, the administration will work through it with you until a resolution is found. This is our last year here, but I am happy I made this choice for my daughters high school learning. The guidance counselors have been amazing in providing direction and helping to ensure she has all she needs to graduate as well as make intelligent and strategic college choices.

Both of my daughters loved the teachers, the curriculum and how quickly they made friends.

I was worried after reading reviews that my kids might be bullied at this school. I have two teenagers attending. I have a boy and a girl and they have not had any issues. My kids have never loved school, but they don’t mind going and they seem to be excited about their future. Teachers will send a text if grades drop which helps busy parents feel involved . I would recommend this school.

My son's experience at this school has been terrible. He is a respectful young man, and yet is bullied by students and, on more than one occasion, faculty as well. Faculty does not foster collaborative relationships with parents.
