Morale has really dropped, and the children are falling behind. What is worse is that the special needs children are just going back to the time of passing them along to the next year's teacher. They are not performing at the level set as a goal at all and there is also no room for flexibility as education requires. My youngest needed some basic needs to be met to help them feel safe, and it would be nice for about 2 or 3 days. Teachers "professional public school teachers especially" should NEVER yell and terriffy their students feeling it is the only way they have to teach and care for their students. CEC is all I can think of to keep staff from lying and attacking good parents because the teachers don't know what a "special needs" child really really is and not in a slather of movies they watched in a SPED 101 class. My child is not like rainman, but sometimes she can be but add some beautiful mind. Parent's aren't the bad guy, y'all did not help

I would recommend FLW 110%! We live out of district and transfer in. It’s an amazing school with an amazing family atmosphere. As for the “grade” of the school, all the schools in the local area receive low scores, but FLW works, if you as the parent are involved. Not only do they foster learning in your child, but they help build character and spirit. All staff want your child to learn, grow and thrive... socially, intellectually and in a healthy manner. They care for the WHOLE child.

I am trying to get more recent feed back. I am moving to the area and all reviews are old. It seems by the numbers this school was good but in the past 4-5 years has plumited. Anyone have reasoning

Both of my kids attended FLW. My son, a struggling reader, is now on grade level at KMS. This is thanks to his amazing elementary school. My daughter thrived at FLW every day. She cried when she graduated yesterday because she loves her teacher so much. The staff and administration have given my children love and knowledge. I could not recommend a school more! We are so sad to leave!
