Butler High School is an exceptional school with zero tolerance for bullying and academic excellence.

Butler High School is a great school. My 2 boys went to private school from kindergarten through 8th grade and then transferred to Butler for high school. We were very happy with a majority of the teachers at Butler. In fact, I feel the quality of the teachers at Butler was as high or, in some cases, even higher than the teachers at the private schools. Of course, at every school there are one or two teachers who should not be there. There are no perfect schools. But in our 8 years at Butler (my sons are 4 years apart) my children did very well, both socially and academically.

I have had 3 children go through this school and all 3 so far have absolutely loved it. They get the extra help they need if they need it. The after school clubs are also fantastic. They get a wide variety of options and if there isn't one they are looking for they plan for one and get it going. This school is wonderful we love it.

i was recently a freshman at this school.i love butler. all of my friends go to butler. however, i would not say it is a good school if you or your child is prone to hanging with "the wrong crowd" im a very impressionable person and i was sucked into the vortex of drug abuse at butler. I get there are drugs at every school, but there are quite a lot here. there are fights on a weekly basis, kids smoking at the tennis courts, skipping class, making out in the hallway, and sitting at their desk high out of their mind and people doing nothing about it. people dress however they want, its full of nice and accepting people but not necessarily people with goals or aspirations. i couldve succeeded at butler if i made the choice to say no to bad influences but i didnt. the classes are good and the teachers kind ( especially mr riley ) but unless you are WILLING to succeed and youve got a lot of goals, you might just flounder and fail here with all the bad inflences around you
