This school will fail your children never have I been refused IEP testing for my child who has ample documentation of a learning disability and grades far below grade level since she started kindergarten they rather not inconvenience themselves with getting the IEP testing they would rather just push your failing child into grade levels they are not ready to be in because of their age and size

Outstanding. Aside from all the great comments about specific things above, Lead Mine is like a family. A family that always wants to do its absolute best to improve. From a staff member who pioneered a Writing Contest, to a parent who built a birthday book club (every child gets a book on their birthday), to the many tireless volunteers of the PTA, and the beautiful art and music projects from the specialists, there is always something new happening at Lead Mine. And everyone is always smiling - it's a happy and warm place to send your kids each day.

Our family loves Lead Mine Elementary. The teachers are outstanding for every grade my daughter has been in so far. The principal is really involved with day to day activities. I wouldn't have my daughters attend any other school!

Excellent teachers and staff, Great "extra" activities and programs, and a good atmosphere with a lot of parent involement.
