My daughter went through the Carteret school system, and graduated High school, however the stories she had mentioned to us about the teachers not being leaders, lack of homework, and just winging it, kids misbehaving in class, shows that there is a lot of work to be done in the Carteret school system. Although we still live in the area, we decided to home school our son who is doing way better that what he would of done in the failed school system of Carteret.
