Laura Donovan Elementary School

There's no better feeling as a parent than knowing you did what was best for your child's future. The LDS faculty, PTO, and families have convinced us of this after just one year in attendance. I see excitement in my child's eyes when he speaks of school, and he's made so many great friends. I witnessed him begin 1st grade as an insecure and remedial reader and develope into a confident happy child who now loves to read to us. I could not be happier.

This school is an amazing school. It is like a family, the teachers really get to know each child and its great to see them all waving and acknowledging your child every morning. I have no negatives about this school as my son is having a wonderful educational and social experience.

The bathrooms feel unsafe and the staff doesn't care about bully as a graduate from LDS I can say most staff is mean and doesn't care about bulling and most halls feel unsafe.

This school is in a predominantly white freehold township where the school itself has challenges with inclusion and diversity. The staff is ill equipped for this situation and my child feels the impact of theses challenges. The Freehold school districts should combine to create a more inclusive school population in their schools. This would help todays kids prepare for the challenges ahead.
