The principal is an ignorant and obnoxious person who does not care about students' well being. She is a bully as well and very rude. She should not have been hired at the first place. She has limited knowledge, but acts like she knows everything. The consequence of her ignorance puts students in disadvantage.

Principal needs to learn how to work with parents so they can make sure there are safeguards in place for a child with a disability. Family's need to let them know the experiences they have gone through with this principal and his willingness to work with parents to ensured the child gets an appropriate education for the child's unique disability.

This school does a lot for the money they get. The teacher are one of the lowest paid in Bergen County. The teachers that are there really care or they would leave and go to neighboring towns and make $10,000 more.
