I am a student in Linwood Middle School. In Elementary School it was quite easy. When I have reached Linwood I felt challenged. I am in 7th grade now. Linwood introduced me to what the real world would be. You have to responsible. I learned that everything I learn now is everything that will come back to me in the real world. The teachers are kind and do the best for you. My social studies teacher, he always says "If I won the lottery but I left the ticket at home and went to the store and said I won the lottery because all the numbers matched but the store clerk said, great where is your card? I say I left it at home but I know it had the correct numbers and everything. Would the store clerk give you the money? No. Same thing with your homework" When I was in 6th grade I was a poor performing student, I had trouble with Linwood, it was a lot of work. I was poor in homework and often had a hard time concentrating. In 7th grade I noticed, this is preparing my life. I started picking up the pace. I hated when people talked mean about me but a teacher once told "People will always talk behind your back. You just got to be yourself no matter what." I hope this helped. -Kusum

Although they teach us valuble things at Linwood they need to double up on the staff because there is just too many fights and to much shanagines on the busses they need a aid not just the camera because what is the point in a camera if the bus driver is not going to use it.

My daughter is stepping into her 8th grade in September, and I think the school has a lot to do with her grooming. The teachers are very communicative via the email and also the school Parent's portal and homework portal have helped a lot in making sure parent's are informed about the student.
