This school doesn't do anything to stop bullying. They say they want to stop bullying but they don't. The school is full of preps who get their own way with everything and do not face consequences.

Teachers are over paid, school boe is a joke, and political views are the head agenda....

My school is a very decent school. A lot of opprotunities such as Ulster County Boces Career Tech Center. Currently, I am a senior attending Onteora and Boces. I am taking CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) by the end of the year I will be set with clinical hours and a state certification (if I pass the test). I do believe that our sports program could be approved. Some coaches and gym teachers are extremely rude and harsh on children. Overall, as long as you aren't a bad kid and you do your part in the school you will get by with flying colors.

This is a decent school in an area that is losing population. Unfortunately, the district tore the K-6 schools apart for political reasons creating two K-3 schools and one 4-6 school and now elementary students are scattered across a very large geographic area. The result is that families may have students as little as a grade apart in two schools or may even have kids in three schools that are nowhere near each other. It is very difficult to pick children up since they are so far apart and the bus rides are long. Once they get to 7th grade it consolidates but any parent who wants easy access to their children should think long and hard about moving to this area.
