I have 2 sons in the district and another one starting soon. My oldest has high-functioning autism and ADHD. The district has been amazing with all of his needs and giving us plenty of services. Unlike other districts where you might have to hire a lawyer to get your child what they deserve, this was never the case in Greenburgh. I know other families who come from other districts and go to Greenburgh schools for their services. ALL the teachers care so much and go above and beyond. The school has really been on top of distance learning during the pandemic. Every student has their own school issued laptop. We moved from an apartment a few years ago to a house, but purposely stayed within the district to keep all the services and family atmosphere. The principals and superintendent know me by name and that is a big plus. I would definitely recommend it to others!

A+ is our experience in this school and school district. We are so confused by the low ratings online, they DO NOT reflect the reality and what this school system is really about. If you are looking for a diverse, open minded, caring and active school system, the Greenburgh School system is the right place for your child.

Extremely positive experience. Is everything perfect? Never. Not in any school. But there is concerted work at Highview to continually improve with the involvement of the community, families, and students themselves.
